There is something decidedly floral about Arcadia. The refreshing fragrance of budding orange blossom seems to fill the air from street to street—a subtle nod to the neighborhood’s history. Carved out of a long-retired citrus grove, Arcadia is a luxurious gem, dotted with idyllic homes that truly capture the essence of Arizona-living. One of those idyllic, Sonoran-styled homes was recently updated by West Construction. In updating the home, the objective was to modernize and beautify without eliminating its authentically rustic notes—exposed timber beams, hardwood flooring, and exterior masonry.
