Background:
The owners have lived in this 50’ era home for some time. It had been remodeled years back and was in need of a complete update.
Since the home is close to the family and in the area they wanted to stay long-term they opted to do a full update and moved out to a temporary rental during the renovation.
Opening the home up to the studs gave them the ability to upgrade the wiring, add technology and increase the room and closet sizes.
