Background:

This home has been recently purchased by the homeowners.

A previous flip was done on the house. The workmanship was poor with base line materials to quickly get it to market. Much of the work was not to code and some items presented fire hazard issues.

The homeowners are starting from scratch and went down to the drywall and rewired and replumb a lot tof the house because work was not to standards. So it is a on a complete remodel with quality and craftsmanship at the forefront of the plans.
